My sister was friends with a frat dude. He lived at the fraternity house and acted very much the part of a bro.But the thing was he was in the closet. He came out after college, and you know what, no one cared because he was a good guy.

I would think that there may be benefits. If you find the "right" guy, you could double your wardrobe. Gay guys are pretty tidy, so it would be like having a built in house cleaner. Plus, most of the gay guys I know have a pretty good sense of humor. Don't let insignificant stuff bother you.
