I like how they don't allow profanity, but the owner is quick to cuss people out and flip the bird at the camera. 
And what do they have against service? Rule #6 clearly states that "Or no service" is allowed in there.

Looks like they've updated their sign from the first picture. You can see in the picture with the woman in a tank top that the sign is new.
Unfortunately it appears they have fixed their confusing show policy, they've added a line about wearing your pants on your waist, and they've also banned hoodies.
