Best friend sent in an email requesting information (tax credit, pricing, & certification)(he lives in MS, so that is why he did not ask me, mainly he was trying to build a connection at dealership that had truck we was considering since I have not had one in stock for over a month). Well the sales manager sent him 4-5 paragragh 'rant' insulting his intelligence (over questions a customer does not know, can you believe that a customer does not know everything)(started off with "all due with respect"-which does not carry when you take jabs at a potential customers esteem). I was actually shocked that the signature was from a "sales manager" , as it did not have any form of professional or respectful information in the entire content. It was poorly structured too, as if he was writing a pal or blog on FB. So just wanted to pass the word that no one head over there to be personally insulted (guy probably does it behind closed doors to all customers).

Possibly the most parenthetical rant ever posted on here.

With all due respect, that is a lot of text and breaking up paragraphs would be appreciated.

Did it sound anything like this?

Abelman’s Dry Goods
Kansas City, Missouri
USA

Mr. I. Abelman, Mongoloid, Esq.:

We have received via post your absurd comments about our trousers, the comments revealing, as they did, your total lack of contact with reality. Were you more aware, you would know or realize by now that the offending trousers were dispatched to you with our full knowledge that they were inadequate so far as length was concerned.

“Why? Why?” you are in your incomprehensible babble, unable to assimilate stimulating concepts of commerce into your retarded and blighted worldview.

The trousers were sent to you (1) as a means of testing your initiative (A clever, wide-awake business concern should be able to make three-quarter length trousers a by-word of masculine fashion. Your advertising and merchandising programs are obviously faulty.) and (2) as a means of testing your ability to meet the standards requisite in a distributor of our quality product. (Our loyal and dependable outlets can vend any trouser bearing the Levy label no matter how abominable their design and construction. You are apparently a faithless people.)

We do not wish to be bothered in the future by such tedious complaints. Please confine your correspondence to orders only. We are a busy and dynamic organization whose mission needless effrontery and harassment can only hinder. If you molest us again, sir, you may feel the sting of the lash across your pitiful shoulders.

Yours in anger,

Gus Levy, Pres.

Thanks for the heads up (I live in MS and was looking to buy a Toyota soon)( though the Ford F-150 is a nice looking truck) I'll make sure I steer clear of this company (it's so hard to find a friendly and trustworthy car dealership these days)(especially in MS lol) do you know where he ended up buying from
