Any success stories ?

I see a lot of different methods online with varying degrees of success.
I live in a suburb so shooting them isn't an option.

Has anyone tried the Ultrasonic Devices with any success ?
Looking for a permanent fix.

TIA

EDIT: Youtube - This is what I need

No. I’ve never gotten a squirrel to successfully chew on wires.

It could be rats. Rats love to chew on wires.

frickin squirrels. one decided to move into one of the bird houses and decided he needed the foam rubber out of the patio seat cushions to make it more comfy.

furniture has been there for 14 years and never had this problem. dude just completely trashed one of the seat cushions.

Get you a mini Schnauzer. They terrorize squirrels.

I had either a squirrel or rat get into my vehicle wires about 6 months ago. $2500 for the repair job.
Thank goodness my insurance agent was cool and told me how to word the claim and I got it covered

It's squirrels, there are a million of them and constantly see them around my vehicles, sitting on top of the tires etc.

Educate me.
How should I word it if I file a claim ?
In the shop now, not sure of the total $$.
If it's frigging $2500 I will be filing a claim for sure.
Kind of assume they will just jack up my rates if I file a claim.

You filed an auto insurance comprehensive claim for $2500 chewed up wires in the engine bay? Okay, this tells me more about you than any of your other posts in the past.

Trap them and either drown them or relocate them.

Squirrelinator. I've been using one for the last month and have had a lot of success. Once you have them, do what you want with them.

Tell me what you would have done?
Yes it was something about rodent chewing being covered and something else not being covered, so I had to pick how I was making the claim.
I don’t remember. It didn’t affect my rates so I didn’t give a damn.
