Splitting inheiritance/death settlement for my daddy

I need opinions/ideas on how to split up money between siblings. I know this is long and complicated - even for a Ginger Kittie post! But I am in desperate need of ideas.
My dad passed away a few years ago. When he died, told him I did not want anything in his house because the best inheritance he gave me was his sense of humor and my siblings (well except for that one evil one, ).
He had also received a sizable settlement from having mesothelioma which was given to him, wife 3 and the 2 minor kids years before he died and was gone by the time he died.
When he died, he left his house to his 3rd (current) wife. House and property sold for about $500,000. Wife 3 has 3 (one who is not my dad's) kids who will inherit all that from her from her.
Dad was married 3 times and had 6 kids, 1 stepkid. I have assigned a letter to each child, It breaks down like this:
Wife #1 had my older sister (A) and me (B)
Wife 2 had 2 daughters (C , D) also - they were later adopted by their stepdad which dad consented to but he still got custody every weekend, holiday.
Wife 3 had a fatherless daughter (E) when she and dad married, then together they had daughter (F) and a son (G).
That is 7 kids total.
OK HERE is the question part - Because dad died of the meso/lung cancer - there is another payout due to his heirs and we need to figure a way to split it fairly. It has been sitting in limbo for YEARS and younger sibling could really use it now.
My older sis (the greedy evil one) filed for it but was told it had to include the other siblings... EXCEPT for the daughters (C,D) of wife 2 (who were adopted by their stepdad) AND
the daughter (E) ( of wife 3 who dad did raised but did not adopt. Also wife 3 may get a cut of the settlement if we agree on it.
So how is it fair to split it percentage-wise and who should get it?
(A) thinks she should get a bigger share,
(B) (me) should get a share,
(C, D, E) should get no share and
(F,G) should get a much smaller cut that me and (A) since they will get the money from their mom that she got from dad PLUS they got a settlement from meso when dad was alive.
As for wife 3, (A) says that she will get a share over her dead body.
I say that A and B get a share
C and D (though legally not entitled) should get a small share
E (though not dad's kid) should get a small share
E and F should get an equal share to A and B but have a portion of the house and prior settlement they got deducted from their share
A is a total bitch and wants C,D.E and wife3 to get NOTHING. I have said i will get my share and split it with those who get left out but that will really piss A off anyway.
So yes this is a huge clusterfluck but what is a fair split according to the facts above?

the fact you arent talking to a lawyer and are instead coming to the OT tells me you live in a trailer.

It's pretty impressive you typed all that out for a made up story

How much are you getting?
Are you single?
Are you hot?

I think the lawyers will get the largest share in the end

That and the use of "Daddy" all but confirm the trailer park.

50% to wife 3 and the remaining 50% divided equally among the legally recognized siblings, evil or not

You should not be on here discussing this. Let the attorneys sort it out.

Also, do you NEED the money? If not, be the bigger person here and pull your name out of this mess and let the rest of them fight over it.
