Living in DC, I often encounter the wild North American Crackhead.
They usually don't bother you but sometimes you have to disturb and fight with the ones that fall asleep on the hood of your car.

I live in Mid-City BR and one morning I was having my coffee and looked out the front window and an egret was casually nosing through the a puddle in front of our flowerbed picking around.
That was pretty unusual for our area.
Also saw a fox in our yard late one evening but the next morning I saw a dead fox on the road about three blocks from our house, so it looks like he paid the ultimate price for his little visit.

Wolf, coyotes, deer, hogs, fox ,snakes, vulture, owl, other small creatures.
