Spinoff: What changes would You Like to See In Regards to Being Banned

Being banned several times in my short posting life, I feel the system is not fair to the person who is banned. There is no appeal process where you can plead your case or clarify/expound the the ban worthy comment you posted.
1. Appeal Process
2. Face your accuser (you never know who has dropped a dime on you)
3. You should be made aware how your post was against any rules that have been established
4. You should be made aware how long of a sentence you are serving
This is all I got hopefully the admins reflect on some of these suggestions and give the people what they want!

honestly, if you are such a shitty poster that you get banned on this site, you should probably just be perma banned
I mean really, you have to be a really shitty poster to get banned here

How about a damn PM that actually makes fricking sense. Usually you're banned and all you see is "take a break". There have been times where I wasn't exactly sure what post was the one that got me banned.

admins were actually lenient to me last week with an IM and did not ban me. I am great full this time.
Time in the past, some deserved, some not, it would have been nice to have some sort of appeal mechanism in place. I'm talking about the times i've been banned for something i've posted that was clearly taken the wrong way or out of context.

Um, I jokingly suggested that someone post porn because they were specifically asking to get banned. I got banned for that. The rules are a little all over the place. I take no issue with being banned but to suggest what you are saying is ridiculous, you can get banned for much less.

I got one but it wasn't real specific and then it seemed a few days or weeks later I got banned. And it wasn't for one post but a series of posts
