There's really only one "unconstitutional" stop in that video, though. And the Border Patrol is on record as saying that you don't have to answer the questions, but they'll keep you there until they're satisfied that you're in the US legally and without contraband.
ETA: and that nose-ring guy might not have been a "victim" either, as he was driving a commercial truck. They're subject to warrant-less inspections, I believe.
