Good times.
Had a Raleigh and a Diamondback.
Many miles put down on both and trails conquered!

Worked with a girl who competed when she was younger. She told me about all these awards she won- I thought she was full of it until I saw pictures. She was top three in the country for her age

I was so ate up with bikes that I subscribed to Freestylin' magazine. I can't describe how pumped I was to get a bike with a rotor on it. To me, that piece of equipment is on the top 10 inventions list. It was truly an awesome time....I member.

Had an ELF, Mongoose, and a diamondback. The Elf was literally too light. When I was 9 I could pick it up with a finger.

BMX action was a must read back in the day. We had ramps set up and used to try a tabletop or a one handed cross up. Many trips to the ER were had since this was before lawsuits and snowflakes, blah blah, get off my lawn....

I raced for a few years, had a PK Ripper.
We rode all over the place back then and built jumps out of whatever we could get our hands on. Great times.

Reminiscing on the Hills by First Baptist in Denham Springs, canal wash out in bellengrath (sp?) neighborhood, and my dad made me and my friends a ton of different jumps and tracks with his tractor.
