Thanks, to answer your question, no I'm not. I wouldn't call it fear, but I'm more concerned as to what the world could look like in 60-70 years, when statistics say I would kick the bucket. I would be quite content with a life like one of my grandparents' or parents' generations, but that shite ain't happening.

I'm sure it is scary as shite when it happens, but conceptually it doesn't scare me at all. All is vanity,

No. I came pretty close after a wreck and if I had never woken up I would have I'd never known what happened.

I've got plans in place if I ever get terminal so I don't lay there and waste away.

I can deal with that.... I mean I have had a real bad year as far as health issues... Just got the OK to go back to work in early SEPT... AND I am enjoying life as well... Stopped drinking and enjoying my little grandson... BUT again, when the good lord is ready for me,,, He will take me..

Not scared at all. Been through cardiac arrest and now have a Do Not Resuscitate order. I'm high risk for sudden cardiac death. But I also have kidney damage, migraines, cluster headaches and epilepsy so i live in a lot of discomfort.

Far too many things I haven't seen or done. I'd like another 100 years or so with decent health.

Kids being born today may live 150 years.

Nah.

I need to make sure I get everything taken care of. I don't want to leave the baby or my wife in a lurch. Got the open bar and transportation taken care of, just gotta sort out what goes to the nieces and nephews. (Cars, guns, knives, etc). My best bud is on call to wipe the hard drives and explain away any randoms that show up at the service.

I used to be when I was younger, not too much anymore. I fear losing people I really love though. I'd rather go first so it doesn't hurt missing them.

With that said, I'm not anxious for it to happen any time soon. I'd like to live a nice long life, because I love life. I think people who are lucky to live a nice long life get used to the idea and are less afraid of it over time though. They see so many loved ones go before them and accept it better knowing they were lucky to have lived so long.

My grandmother is 89 and has dementia. She shits herself constantly and can barely talk. I'd rather die around 65-70.

Yes. I think it's irrational though. Maybe when I get older I'll start to get over my fear of the void. Or maybe I won't.

Yeah I am. The thought of me dying abruptly and my mom and family weeping over my death and never getting over it upsets me.

Not really. When its your time, its your time. I'm only 21 so I'd like to live a full life, but I realize not everyone gets that opportunity.

Not scared of death, just very confused about what happens after death. Do you just see black? Are you gone? Is it a prolonged feeling of blacking out?
