Instead of having a vasectomy if there were a birth control pill for men to take..

I would in a heart beat!

Too much work and potential side effects. I'm getting snipped in January. Finally get someone else to touch my junk after all these years.

Think I'd rather get snipped after kids were born rather than taking the pill for the rest of my life.

Nope. It will probably lead to cancer or something.

No.

Vasectomy is probably the better option since there is absolutely no risk of pregnancy and it's reversible. Plus you don't have to worry about taking a pill every day.

I had a vasectomy in the fall of 2008. There was some pain and discomfort but all in all, it's been well worth it. I'd hate to try and remember to take a pill everyday.

That would be a strange conversation.

"So you're on the pill... right?"
"Yeah, baby. Let's do this"

I would. Listen people... You put shite in your bodies everyday without thinking of the ramifications and long term health problems they bring about.

It would further exemplify the double standard between men and women when, inevitably, a man is charged with rape for telling a women he was on the pill when he really wasn't.

I know about 6 men that have been snipped and not a single one of them regret it for a second.
