Highly doubtful that Gordon would treat someone this way.

Is he going to fly Dr. Plant directly into his office to examine his clients?

That ain't happening, ever. And they've been talking about wanting to raise it to $100k.

The limit doesn't need to be changed. The dipshit judges need to stop awarding $50k to everyone automatically everytime, and be actual judges, instead of awarding their buddies money, who will eventually make their way to the bench and continue the trend.

These idiots get in minor accidents, go get a lawyer, go to some dipshit doctor who's friends with the lawyer, a year later they are awarded either $25k or $50k, depending on the person that caused the accidents limits of liability, and they will see about 10% of that awarded money b/c 40% will go to the doctor and the other 50% will go to the lawyer, all the while not a single fricking thing was wrong with the dipshit who was in the accident, but the judge could care less, and the attorney for the insurance company just hands the money out in a settlement instead of trying to fight it b/c he knows he will likely not win in the state of Louisiana, especially in the BR and Nola area b/c the judges side with their buddies scamming insurance companies and the dumbass's that have nothing wrong with them but just want a handout b/c their bumper was bumped.

Flew out of BTR a few weeks ago and he literally has all but 3 billboards from the bridge to the airport on both sides of the road wonder where he gets all of his clients?

As a friend remarked to me once when driving through Baton Rouge - when you see a Morris Bart billboard, you know you're in da hood.

What happened to L.D. Sledge? He die or something?

I'm not sure I know any attorneys charging 50% contingency fees but the rest of this is pretty accurate when it comes to the "revolving door" type personal injury firms.

Unless you are involved in major real estate, attorneys are the only profession to make serious jack.
