So what happens to these fools when they get hauled in to court?

I have wondered about this as well...

A fair amount of the time they end up pissing off the judge and they go to jail for a second time, this time for contempt.
The soundtrack to their arrest is normally the snickers and laughs of all the normal folks in court that day.

Canada is beautiful in general, but Waterloo is kind of an armpit.

Why are you people so against sovereign citizens? It's a little disturbing that anyone who chooses not to acknowledge the state is viewed as crazy.

You don't get to choose whether or not you acknowledge the state.. I may not like the government but they do exist and do reside within

I'm a living man ruled by natural law here on special visitation...

Where do they come up with this gibberish?

What can they possibly think is going to happen? Ocassionally, a cop who doesn't have the patience to engage in a debate over semantics, might just think, "frick it, I don't have time for this bull shite today" and let them go. But 9 times out of 10, it's got to end badly for these morons. Broken window, face in the asphalt and a trip to the pokey, if they're lucky. If they really piss someone off, they also get tazed or pepper sprayed

And that's the way it should be?

If you don't agree with the legal requirements for driving a motor vehicle on public roads, that is certainly your prerogative. However, if you continue to operate a motor vehicle on public roads, your specious arguments are not a shield of invulnerability. If you drive around with a homemade or no license plate, sooner or later, you'll attract the attention of law enforcement. And when that happens, you can repeatedly ask, "Am I being detained?". But unless you're totally out of touch with reality, you should know that pissing off a cop never works to your advantage. Good luck in lockup.

Hey Chicken,

You can't ban me. I do not recognize your authority. I am not posting, I am writing. I am not a citizen of the OT, and I do not recognize your so-called laws.

I do not consent!

fricking moron. Your acceptance and use of your driver's license is a contract to follow the Hwy Safety Act, idiot.

-----------------------------------------------------------

I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts that the moron in question video'd himself "voiding/canceling all contracts" as (legally defective) proof that the contracts no longer exist. He probably burned or cut up his license, while reciting some ridiculous gibberish he learned at the day long Sovereign Citizen Seminar he attended. These people are idiots.

Where do you deport him to if he is not a citizen of Canada, and he doesn't have proper authorization to be in Canada? He doesn't have any sovereign territory within the borders of Canada, nor is he recognized as having diplomatic immunity.
