Somebody you meet who did not know about something very common

I shite you not. I am at my daughter's gymnastics class and I am seldom able to attend. I brought her a fruit roll up for a snack. This little girl around 6 years old asked what is that for? I said it is my daughters snack. She said what is it? I asked her if she had ever seen a fruit roll up? She said no. She was not joking. What kind of monster denies their child the pleasure of processed artificial flavored fruit snacks?

I worked with a girl that was so ditzy it was the workplace entertainment to see her answer easy trivia questions. The best one was, when was the war of 1812. Her answer was, wasn't that the one everyone was protesting back in the 60s
