I saw these people at that same spot and then again at the Winn Dixie on Burbank a couple weeks later.

The real victims of these scam artists are any of the actually needy folks who are in a temporary jam and need help.

Don't ever give to beggars. Instead, support the local charitable groups who deal with the homeless population. They have built in incentives for these folks to get responsible, and stop abusing drugs and alcohol.

Street beggars are SCAM ARTISTS. Each and every one of them. You don't help them by giving them money!

About a month ago I had one stop me coming out of Chick Fil A and ask for $5. I told him no to the cash but I'd buy him some food if he wanted something. Dude told me to kiss his arse that he'd already made $350 that day and would buy his own mf'n food. Told the guy to F off and get a life.

Saw a guy the other day with a pair of Costas on working the curb....you can't stop at light in South Fla without getting hit up. Looks like a fairly easy job!
