Thinking of using Solar power to run my shed to charge a fee batteries and provide a little lighting. Anyone have any experience with this or have any advice. The little
Research I have done so far makes it seem not so bad for diy.

So, what is a ball park price to be able to run a 2500 SFL house?

I've got a solar system on my house. My bills went from $130 down to $40 a month.
I used South Coast Solar. When the city Inspector electrician showed up, he saw the south coast solar sign in my front yard and just signed the clearance papers. He said they were the best in the biz, and showed me where they went above board. I am very happy with my purchase.

Did you buy the system outright or is it a lease? I've heard that a leased system can have a negative impact on any potential sale down the road.

I bought mine. The lease is a fricking rip off. On a lease you have to pay for install then pay a monthly fee to keep it. BTW if you are serious about a system, you better hustle bc LA is about to get rid of the tax credit

Why use sun pro solar? I've talked to them and Joule, probably going to sign a contract in the next couple of days in order to get the full tax breaks. Trying to decide who to go with. Joule uses a string inverter and Sun Pro uses a micro inverter that's about the only difference I've found. What is your opinions on those?
