I'm looking for a way to create reports using a web interface instead of in Microsoft Word. We have to create multiple reports here at work for different projects, but they're all the same format. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Do the reports have to end up in a particular format, or can they just live in a database and be generated on the fly on a webpage when needed?
