You can tell the city boys up in here. Ruts in your property ?? Who gives a damn-he said its useless property. Uptight city folk-who needs 'em.
You can let the dude know it's your place but getting bent about it is just horseshite. It's not like he's in the middle of your lawn.

Because people fricking up your property gets pretty old real quick. Plus if some dumb frick gets hurt on your "useless" property you get hit with the same lawsuit as if it was "useful" property.

There is not one piece of land in the US that no one owns. If he didn't own the property, guess what, it's someone else's.
