Data technician for an engineering company out of Austin.

I'm happy with it most days, but it's not easy being away from home.

I'm an auditor for the state. I specialize in Oil and Gas, but I also do Sales and Use.

It has it's high points and it's low points. I do this for a law firm and some cases are sexier than others and some are just boring and hell. Plus, although I like my job and my like my bosses a lot, I'm underpaid and overworked IMO and I'm coming close to the glass ceiling as far as pay goes. Although I've started looking elsewhere, I've also thought about staying where I'm at for the moment and go back to school and get a second degree in either statistics or mathematics to increase my marketability and open up more employment opportunities. I'm leaning towards going with the latter option because I'd like to become an Actuary.

Yep - my dream job - but it doesn't pay very well. It is a gateway job to Evil Genius, though.

Armorer in a Federal Government Instillation

Love my job, not so much the building I work in.
Started off in a different position and worked up to this one.
Day shift, no weekends, no holidays, and if I get called in for 15 minutes overtime work, automatic minimum of 2 hours overtime pay.
