Is this a subtle way of letting us know when your birthday is so that we have a thread for you next year?

Smoke weed and enjoy the high life.

Go to your local Am. Cancer Society and join a quit smoking program.
I did and it got me off nicotine for good--after 20 years of a pack a day.
I've haven't had a cig in over 20 years.
The program will also help you with weight issues--I've actually lost weight since quitting smoking.
You too can do all of the above. Try it and good luck.

I went cold turkey after 12 years of smoking. Not nearly as long as you.
However, i was more of a casual smoker (only when I drank alcohol). I never had any problems or issues adjusting afterwards and I think it was because of the motivation I had. My mother was diagnosed with lung cancer and that's when I stopped. Really scared me straight. She passed after two years of Chemo. She smoked for maybe 30 years.

Congrats.
Maybe try eating some food with fiber. Circus peanuts and McDonald's are less than perfect options.

Yeah, don't smoke. Even allowing yourself one in any circumstance snowballs into full time smoking again
Indeed. Don't listen to a (mostly) non-smoker friend who suggests buying a pack while out partying could be "fun." Don't satisfy your curiosity when you realize you've "forgotten what smoking is like, and you just want a reminder of how awful it was." It's easy to lose a quit and so hard to achieve a lasting one.

Just had a relaxing smoke after drinking on the train from Frankfurt to Nuremberg.
I'm partial to Dunhill's.
LOL at people who can't just have one cigarette.

Thank you. And yes I've gained 10 lbs. I don't understand why because I'm not eating differently.
Yea, that's not how it works. If you have gained 10 lbs you are eating differently.
