Hate to burst yalls bubble but Baton Rouge isn't getting a Top Golf. Buddy is a PGA Pro and talked to them at the annual convention last year. They have specific corporate guidelines as to population and other factors before they will allow one to be opened. Baton Rouge isn't within their guidelines.

Curious about how many people population wise it would take for them to build one in Baton Rouge? Metro area is roughly 800,000 or so. What's their smallest market city?

yeah I know. I was part of a group to reach out to them about a year and a half ago. We dont fit their target market and socio-economic demographic.

It's not just population. It's population with enough income to patronize the business. How many of the 800k in the metro area meet that requirement?
