I don't think you understand what Fraud is. The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners defines fraud as a "knowing misrepresentation of the truth or concealment of a material fact to induce another to act to his or her detriment." This sound exactly like what LSU480 is doing, because he's misrepresenting his "friends" since he has none.

I'm guessing it is either wire or computer fraud. Not my field, but it sounds fishy and definitely close to or over the line.
