Don't even need a new gmail, just add +1, +2, +3 etc. to your existing:
If your email was lsu480@gmail,com, use lsu480+1@gmail.com, lsu480+2@gmail.com, etc. Systems see it as different email addresses but it all comes to your mail email.

Thats true, I guess you could use that or a site like 10-minute mail if you really wanted to go quickly. In that case you could get a free item and $20 in credit every 2-3 minutes.

Yep. They wised up fast and most came up with a disclaimer that was appropriately vague like "we reserve the right to reclaim any bonus money if we feel a player is abusing the program."
I saw a buddy lose his bonus first hand one day at work. He deposited $1000. So he had $1200. He did the 100 on black/red. About 5 minutes later he suddenly had $1000 again with a message that he was being refunded his money and banned.

Smells like fraud because you're supposed to be referring a friend, not yourself.

Oh it does have stuff you want, it has everything. Also, unless you make over a few grand a day I don't see why it wouldn't be worth your time.
The one way someone could do this and 100% not get caught would be to stack credits by shipping the free items to made up addresses, you wouldn't get those but whatever, and then having the big item you order shipped to a location overseas.

Yeah, that sounds like its not worth my time. Why wouldn't I get my big item shipped to me?
