So, did Weinstein not actually have sex with any of the acctresses?

So far I haven't seen any of Weinstein's accusers say that he actually forced them to sleep with him. They all seem to say that he either fapped in front of them or asked them to give him a massage, etc.
Do they just not want to admit publicly that they had sex with him or did he ruin his life for nothing?
No, I'm not excusing anything he has done. I'm just wondering if he is sitting back thinking "doesn't matter, had sex" or what.

Exactly. From what I've seen he didn't rape them, they had sexual relations with him for a role. Cringeworthy certainly, but they make it seem like they had 0 choice.

This is nothing new in Hollywood. This type of thing has been going on for decades. It used to be called "The Casting Couch" when sleezy directors, etc. required sexual favors from the aspiring actresses seeking roles in movies.

I don't think anyone of the accusers are saying that he raped them, from what I've read they're saying he sexually assaulted them most of the time in a work setting.

They want in the biz bad enough you do what it takes. Hollywood has always been like that. At least we won't have to here all their political BS at awards ceremonies anymore. I didn't go to the movie theater once this summer and plan to keep it that way.

I know someone accused him of beating off in a potted plant in front of her.
It seems like he would force women to engage in sexual activities with him, using his position as leverage.
I don't think it is legal to tell people "I will hire you, but you have to frick me silly first, otherwise you will NOT be qualified".

So we're gonna start taking every has been actress on their word now? They may not have liked it, but the majority of them fricked him for their careers and none of them are coming out about it until now? Color me skeptical.

It's pretty obvious this whole thing is misunderstood. Dude was clearly suffering from muscle tension because of his high stress job, and was only looking for relief and relaxation from the hands of beautiful woman. These women should have helped him relax out of kindness.
