So are the Feds going to arrest Sean Penn for aiding El Chapo? (Update: maybe)

Not sure what the Mexican laws are regarding turning in fugitives whose whereabouts you know. But they don't seem like a country that has much of a sense of humor about such things.

I would rather start a rumor that Sean Penn told the Federales where El Chapo was. Maybe the cartel would kill Penn and we would be spared anymore of his BS/
