If this particular subtopic has been brought up, I apologize.

Why would anyone try to sell CDs in the current market. Most music is obtained via mp3 and other forms of digital download. If he was selling these discs illegally, he had a strong chance of being arrested based purely on fraudulent marketing.

Selling out of your car seems very suspicious anyway. He would have brought suspension on himself even if he did not have a gun.

I have very mixed feelings about this case. I just feel that Sterling put himself in a really bad position and the result was the worst case, but still plausible, scenario.

It was obviously a cover for illicit drug sales.

I've seen rumors that he was also selling drugs and splitting with that Arab owner. The protestors' story is always bullshite, so I'm just waiting to see how this one backfires on those dumbfricks playing in traffic over a rapist.

You realize that he was probably a middle man for drug dealing right????? However, I have a mass library of Music and make CD'S all the time.. But I would not try to sell them to anyone...ESP at 12:30 at night in one of the worst hoods in BR and carrying A gun and then wave it at someone to tell them to get off the property.... I mean how STUPID was this guy thinking nothing would happen when he did this??? I mean you just cant fix STUPID.......

Arrested not even a month prior for possession of ex and weed. Only a dumbass would believe he needed a gun for the stacks of cash he was pulling in from selling CDs

Here is a serious question, if he is cool with the cops when they come up to talk to him do they just let him off with a warning?
