No...
1. Any publicity is good publicity.
2. They were making fun of the football team. The other two student actors made the school look good.
3. Most people watching that video don't know who or what is in the SEC. If asked they would say it's the "Securities and Exchange Commission".

I haven't watched SNL in a long time - since the Not Ready for Primetime Players exited. I just don't find them funny anymore.
