I have absolutely no clue how you go from that man to the woman in the second pic, but someone is going to try and frick this person, and for that, I am sorry.
ETA: This seems fake. Like super fake.
ETA.2: It seems to be real, but to go from picture 1 to picture 2 is almost as unbelievable as going from picture 2 to picture 3.

I'm 80% sure this is fake. The bone structure and all is different. I don't think hormones change that...

No it didnt, all he made were physical changes. There was no mental help. This is no different than someone cutting themselves because they are depressed.
