Everybody has face mites. Face mites spend their entire life cycle tucked away inside your hair follicles. That means everything they do – mating, laying eggs, eating – happens in your face.

Night Gallery had an episode where a brain eating earwig ate it's way through someone's brain and they lived only to find out that it was female and laid eggs; it was a gruesome episode

and as far as microscopic bugs living inside of your body - Margellons - the disease that is only identified by those who claim to have it
