Looking to bring in some extra cash. Don't really want to wait table (done it before) IT work not really an option. I would like to do something along the lines of a lawn care service but not that. I would like to be my own boss as well as set my own hours. Preferably outside

You can make really good money by driving around picking up appliances and selling them to me. 
Or seriously fix them and flip them. I do it as a once a week for a few hours hobby and make an extra $1500+ a month from sales. (though I collect and pay taxes and all that jazz too)
The ones I can't fix I strip for parts and sell on amazon and ebay. Great secondary money.

Ref kids sports, you can make some quick easy money at night and on weekends. I had a guy trying to get me to umpire USSSA games a couple years ago. Could make $35 a game and do four or five games a day.
