SIAP: What are they building near Lakeside?

Anyone know what may be going in the new building on Causeway Boulevard and Seventeenth Street on the Lakeside Property? They tore down the old D.H. Holmes Car Care/Goodyear, there's already a new Whitney Bank branch and a CharBucks "Coffee" there.

Yep, and I'm sure they paid a pretty penny for that real estate... Tore down a perfectly good bank building, only to build another right next door...

I love flemings but I went to Gibsons once and have no reason to go back to flemings. Better in every way and similarly priced.

Never been to Gibsons but am a fan of Flemings. I've been to most of the high end steak places and for the money & service Flemings is tough to beat.
