Made it from Ft Morgan through the Mobile tunnel in an hour and four minutes last Sunday via the Foley and Baldwin Beach express.

Since youre going to PC, I10 is all you have unless you want to get off and use the Bankhead tunnel to the causeway and get back on 10

You can take the new express off the I -10 then take the foley express for the majority of the way then turn off and go 59 to avoid the toll but not really lose any time.

Thanks for posting this I'm heading to OBA today would have been pissed to get there and find this out the hard way
