Apparently the just came running out of Festival Plaza down the street. Not sure what they were doing. Looks like 75 to 100 teens. Caused at least one wreck.

According to the comments, they were running from the police. Downtown Shreveport will probably never improve considering its proximity to Queensborough and Allendale.

No, this looks to me like planned mayhem. It is fun for them. They thrive on chaos and the disrespect of others.

I've seen videos just like that before. They show up out of the woodwork in droves. Cause Mayhem. Then run.
I'm just angry this morning though so I could be projecting.
