My mil is crazy, opinionated, judgmental, and just all together delusional.
She thinks I married her daughter for money and I play it up. Told her the first time she pissed her pants we are putting her in the nursing home

My MIL just knows everything and is mean as frick. She belittles everyone and will never lose a fight, thats why I dont like her. Shes cool sometimes but for the most part she is satan.

My in laws are some of the best people in the world. I'd take them over my parents and my parents are good people.
If my wife turns into a hornier version of her mother I'll die a happy man. She is honestly one of the best people I know and consider her one of my best friends
My FiL is a wee bit racist (Mississippi delta boy) but is all in all a kind man who I feel that I've earned the respect of.

Mother in law is cool. She lives with us during the week for work.
Father in law is the quiet outdoorsman type. We talk but not really that much maybe it's because I'm tapping his daughter.

My ex wife's family is a main reason why we got divorced. They all had to be up each other's asses, and be around each other every day. Couple that with the fact they are miserable people and I just said frick it. Should have known better, but lesson learned the hard way I guess.
