No but I've claimed it before to the buddies.

For example, if you were a Post-Op tranny.

No. Caveat Emptor.

Or you were underage.

No. The adult is the one who should be criminally responsible.

Or you had some sort of incurable STD.

Yes. This should be criminal without disclosure, provided the one with the STD knows about it.

The list could go on and on.

But it really shouldn't. Other than sex without consent and sex that one party has reason to believe could infect/injure their partner without that partner's consent, anyone engaging in the activity should be prepared to suffer its pitfalls.

What does the OT think? It's something that could cause irreparable harm to someone else, so does the impetus lie with the person who holds that knowledge?

Other than underage, lack-of-consent or STD, what things should reasonably be understood to be something that could cause "irreparable harm."

If they ask I think you should have to be 100% honest. I don't think you need to go reveal your whole life story if they don't ask.

This is the right answer. Lying about the things in the OP, other than the tranny thing, should be a crime. Not asking those questions at all should be your fault.

So if a 16 year old looking like she's in her Mid-20s (it happens) is in a 21 and over bar with a fake ID...

It's still the guy's fault?

It's not about fault. It's a crime. Hold the adult responsible.
