Or just sit back and .

She actually posted one of our employees job description 4 days before asking that employee to take a demotion or be fired. Employee didn't take it. Is this just karma?

Apply for the job. Let her know while moving into your new office.

She deserves what she's doing to others.

That's a tough one because I'd really like to see her reaction when she finds out.

Why are you looking at job sites? You're fired for lack of loyalty.

See how easy she could flip the script?

Periodically I search our company on them to see if they're going to do anyone dirty. She did someone in my department dirty last week and the same exact thing is happening to her. I found it to be pretty amusing.

Tell her. She will have another job someday and be in a position to scratch your back. She will remember that you looked out for her. It makes you a friend for life in your field and costs you nothing but a half dozen words.

"Someone I know called me asking about the position." I'm sure her supervisor would sign off on a wrongful termination, who doesn't like being sued?

Better assume your job description is posted, too. Sounds like you work in a real shithole.
