The fact that these two missed out on a teachable opportunity to have the son come over and fix the fence speaks all I need to know about them. They will continue to be petty no matter your course of action.
this sounds so andy taylor, june & ward cleaverish but it is true.

That’s why I need a strong response like the Israelis would have. This needs to end now and end decisively

Strongly agreed

If you quit mowing that strip you pretty much deeded it to him (not the lawyer).

This isn't about the trash it is about the strip

You need to lower the mower length and go two rows over next cut.

Grass killing level

They don't send letter in Gaza strip they send messages

The problem with the Broadmoor area is that you can have a 500k house two houses down from a meth house. Sounds like you're closer to Camellia though

I would escalate, but I have been involved in litigation before concerning a neighbor and a tree. I know what to expect.

It depends on what your definition of escalation is, I guess. When I had my issue I was 24 and it was my first home. Me and the boys may or may not have found some fun and interesting ways to frick with that crusty old bastard. It became a game to us until my attorney found out and put an end to it

A dog doesnt use lawyer skills and survey company to mark territory he pisses on it.

Low cut grass killer 2 rows over and await response

De-escalation can come when he comes to talk oh that's your property? That isn't clear to me want to split survey?

The stories of little old ladies bringing over cookies and old men willing to share their many years of learned wisdom is a lie.

50 year old disabled single dude who owns two old corvettes and runs them full wide open at 6AM every other day.
Some sugar in a pint of gas added to his fuel tanks will substantially quiet that roar.

I can’t imagine living that close to other folks.

Three of my neighbors have Corvettes but I can’t hear them running (they’re all bone stock), they drive like old people, and they only drive them on bright, sunny days.

Without doxxing myself too much, the perpendicular lot to mine is $1M plus and one of the most gangsterest hidden places in the city.

Ole boy does some mid-level manager shite for a construction company. His old wife and what seems to be an autistic older son live with him. Strange group, but literally our only interactions with them thus far were introductory welcome when we moved in and these two incidents. Not off to a good start
