It is a radio station
It is a classic song
It is a song people like to hear
It doesn't always reference Bama football

Should they also stop playing Elton John because it is seen as support of Texas A&M?

Why? It's a great song.

Plus, Fat Camp Diane agrees with me.

Would you feel differently if LSU would have beaten Alabama recently?

The chick that is forced to be on air with Richard Condon is the biggest hole in radio history.

Actually it's obvious you don't know what it means for a song to reference something.

IMO, they should have an obligation to not play any song that has been heard and played so much that anybody with the smallest iota of musical taste was already sick to death of it 30 years ago.

The reference to the state? Who gives a shite? Put the song out to pasture because of the damn threads showing on the tires, for god's sake.
