It's an uphill battle getting all the ghetto trash out of Tigerland and the Northgates. Student housing in those parts exclusive to students would be ideal.

I was at LSU in 2000 and remember that. I spent 12 years in the Army after 9/11 and I'm back at LSU and now the whole area is shite. It wasn't great back then, but now it's a 3rd world with all the ghetto trash.

Nope, I never go into Tigerland. I'm a 33 yr old Senior EE major at LSU. I'm way too old for that nonsense.
I prefer the Cadillac Cafe. MILFS love it when I tell them I'm an LSU student. Great one night stand spot. I think JMCS hangs there from what I hear.
