This is in a very upper middle class neighborhood!

Not anymore

Overbuilt mcmansion neighborhoods

This is south of Westpark tollroad. It's not safe on the south side.
It's only safe north of Westpark Tollroad and South of I10.

West Houston and Alief will move into this area in a few years.

Either this center is a lot bigger than I imagine or he did not drive far. Sound like he never left the parking lot of the center which is not in Katy any way.

Nope it's Richmond and he didn't leave the parking lot.

Richmond...the NOLA of Ft. Bend county.

Memorial Hermann...shite, he should be honored to bleed out in those hallowed halls.

Get the frick out of here with that bullshite

Not safe on the south side of westpark near that BWW? You can't buy a house in Bella Terra (behind that shopping center) under $300k. If you are talking about 8-15 miles in on Westpark, then yes the area is not good. But in what city is a not so great area not miles away? Waterside estates, Aliana, Harvest Green, etc are all extreme nice neighborhoods. Where do you live?

Alief isn't moving into Katy anytime soon

The Katy ISD area has the same population as Pittsburgh. The crime rate for that many people is ridiculously low.

I've eaten in that very BWW before when we lived in Katy. There is a Kohl's there, CFA, other stuff.

My wife's best friend (no pics of either) lives on one of those McMansions in Lakes of Bella Terra.

I'm pretty sure that's Lamar Consolidated ISD. Eh.

It is Lamar ISD. Below Westpark is considered Richmond/Sugar Land. But it's by no means a bad area

That area is a very nice area.

How are the schools that area is zoned to? A lot of the KISD parents and teachers I know look down their noses at LCISD... but I don't know if that is a reasonable thing to do.

Lamar ISD gets brought down by the schools in the outer Richmond/Rosenberg area. But the schools north of there to 1093 are pretty good. There are many million dollar+ houses in that area.
