they look pretty much exactly how i thought they would....
i actually just did an extra shift over there a few weeks ago, and let's just say they dole out quite a few narcotics over there... the quality of people that go there made me ashamed of being white, no lie....

nothing to see here!
This isn't the Wal-Mart on College or the one on Burbank within close proximity to Gardere (i.e. it's not ghetto-adjacent).
I grew up in that area. My childhood street is literally a couple hundred yards from the Galvez Wal-Mart. Our family church is right across Hwy 44.
It's certainly not an affluent or upscale region of the parish, but it's not a bad area. Plus, my mother shops there on occasion.
That would be the last Wal-Mart I would expect to encounter such behavior.

No, just the typical Gálvez, St Amant High guys...tatted up, with big tires on the pick up flat bills and rap booming from the system...

Galvez and St. Amant are not as akin as you make them out to be.
Galvez and Little Prairie have a number of transplant families from Baton Rouge and wherever, much like Prairieville proper.

I remember when I was a kid lost in Wal-Mart my mom would go up to customer service and they would call my name on the PA system.
So this was a regular occurence?
