My serious response is this...
If sex is something that is important to you in a relationship, then it is a big deal and it sounds like you and her may not be compatible. Find someone with the same mindset regarding sex in a relationship. If you start seriously dating this girl, then you'll spend all your time trying to convince her to bang which isn't fun anyways.
