What if, and this is a BIG if, her boyfriend/ husband went first two times and forced her along third time? What if there were three different robbers?
Do we know this? If so, I missed it.

What if she's done this before and murdered people in the process before? She obviously doesn't have an issue with assaulting someone while committing a crime

Old testament. All thieves should be crucified or guillotined at public square. USA is a nation of poofter whiners these days.

I'm not saying that she wasn't in the wrong. She broke into his home! That's shitty. What I AM saying is that this 80 year old, crazy man, murdered her. Aaaaand kinda seemed to enjoy it?! Sorta?! Based on that interview at least.

"Assaulting" hmmm. 80 year old people have weak bones. I didn't see cuts or bruises. They pushed and held him down. And according to his interview...not for very long. He was just watching them take his shite. He's guilty just give up.

Sad that the old man wasn't under advisement of an attorney, because that interview will do nothing but hurt him in court. Hopefully a jury will exonerate him from any serious charges, but that interview (unless they can sway the jury otherwise) may end up putting him in jail.

Your first question-
Second- I don't really care if it was her first time. If you break into the home of frail elderly man with the intention of robbing him, beat him up enough to break bones, and pin him down while an accomplice breaks into a safe you deserve to be shot and killed.
And C- old people having brittle bones isn't a defense for breaking them while in commission of other felonies.

Yes, always sucks when you don't get away with murder. I HATE it when that happens.

I'm sure the attorney will at least try to have that suppressed, probably a fair to good chance that it will be

And a previous crime isn't a defense for putting a 2 bullets in someone who was running away and no longer a threat to you

What makes you say that?

logically, yes it most definitely is.
legally, it's not.

I'd say maybe voluntary manslaughter if anything. Not really murder IMO (but I am no judge).

only if YOUR logic dictates that a person is allowed to respond to crimes with lethal force even if you were in no danger of lethal force.
A lot of people don't share that logic though.

Old man wasn't there during first two robberies. He has no clue, is my point ;)
And agree to disagree on what they deserved.
Not a defense, just a possible explanation of how easy it was that he broke that bone.
Lawyers will ask, why didn't you run away instead of going for your gun? Were they armed?
Seems too easy to me.

Yep that seems like a rational reaction to people who disagree with you.

I'm not arguing future legal rulings. I've just stated I believe he should receive an award for obviously doing society a favor and the female that was shot totally deserved it for preying on the elderly in such a manner.
