She can, but it generally falls on the shoulders of the higher taking person. Unless that's a woman, then it's completely the dude's fault.

He should be fired and reduced in rank before he retires.

Damn, why so harsh? The public humiliation and shaming among his colleagues is probably enough of a punishment.

I wouldn't be too upset if I were the General. He got the pussy and now he gets to leave with a very nice pension and go into the private sector and make millions.

fricking with the mans wife and career assignments. Bust him down as far as you can and tattoo cocsucker on his forehead.

My in laws are both federal contractors with the military, and they only use their secure work emails when emailing my wife.

Maybe being a civilian gives you more leeway in that regard.

Were you in-laws sending suggestive emails to your wife? I don't see how you can make a correlation of what they did to what this Gen did?

I was commenting on the use of federal classified email for personal use, regardless of content.

The investigation was launched after a complaint was lodged with the Air Force inspector general last August that Hesterman had carried on an unprofessional relationship and meddled inappropriately in the assignments of the woman’s husband, who himself also was an Air Force colonel. The husband alleged to the Air Force that a relationship dated back to at least 2007, when Hesterman was a married one-star general and commander of the 48th Fighter Wing, which flies F-15 jets out of England.

This reminds me of the situation at Cornell, where an ex-head football coach was having an affair with the wife of one of his assistants.

He had the assistant run drills, while the head coach was drilling the poor schmuck's wife.

One more rung for Mike Ragland to climb.
