One time I walked past a service dog of a blind person. The dog was really interested in me when I walked by for some reason. I didn't even look at it.
The blind person said "Sir, please dont pet me dog."
What a bitch. Both of them.

Who the hell wears a damn camera on their head everywhere?
After the first frick you, I would pet the shite out of that dog and ask speed racer what the frick is he going to do. When you depend on others, it's best not to be a complete dick hole.
Sliding dog treats on the floor from the next aisle over would work too.

When I bartended in Hell's Kitchen, there was a mean, old, blind, drunk with a service dog that was the sweetest yellow lab ever. Disabilities don't prevent people from being assholes.

That dog didn't seem very focused from the beginning.
Not saying it's the case here, but people that have "service" dogs that are actually emotional therapy dogs is a growing thing these days.
