So your standard is that if someone is racist it's OK to destroy their lives even over just using a word?
Please continue to try to make this lady a victim. Also, when you get a chance, let me know where I have indicated her life should be destroyed.

She 100% should be terminated from her job.

Being a racist isn’t OK in my opinion. Using racist language with co-workers isn’t OK in my opinion. I hope that is clear. If you find my standard unreasonable, I’m ok with that.

Yea, her stupid text allowed the rest of the situation to happen. She is not alone with the stupid decision that have made this become a public spectacle though.

Are you really going to sit here and pretend this would be a story if the races and slurs were reversed?

Point of clarification, If you spell it with an "A" does that nullify the hard R, lighten the hard R or does the hard R nullify the A. Inquiring Minds Want To Know?

Also, Mark Luther King. LMAO

I like how she says "Mark Luther" twice

Sounds like a soul singer from the 90s

With a hit called "Touch Your Body"

Meh. Either that word is ok for everyone to use, or it isn't ok for anyone to us. Until we're being consistent, I don't care about its use at all and I won't get outraged about it.

She seems like the type to start sentences off with “You know I’m not racist but…..”

She sounds to me more like the type to say what many are already thinking but don't have the guts to opine.

People are stupid. Why even make this public light? Perfect opportunity to extort the shite out of someone.

Well the guy I was replying to seem to think a stern talking to was the answer. Maybe just firing her is appropriate..

I answered it directly. I don’t have to pretend anything. I can react to this story on the facts presented. You want to post another story with different facts, I can react to that differently. I don’t need to impose a hypothetical to deflect for this racist. I’m ok letting her be who she chose to be.

It should be handled internally and not blasted to all the media. And by handled internally I mean fired for cause first thing Tuesday morning. I’d have her entire office packed up before she got to school and waiting for her in boxes. She’d never step foot back into the office but only reach the principal’s office before being let go. It’s just my opinion that the price she will have to pay by making this a news story is too high for her doing something that is stupid and disgraceful but not illegal.

I can agree with this.
