This is pretty funny and really sad as well. Our company has a fleet of vacuum trucks and I can say it takes a little over an hour to pump 6000 gals through a 2" hose. That looks like a 2" but it could possibly be smaller. There is no way in hell this could possibly happen unless you were pumping directly from the river with multiple big arse pumps.

That's a 2" chemical hose that fell off of a tanker truck and ended up in a storm drain. Been in the industry for 22 years, that's all there is to it
