Safelite Auto Glass question...

Well I was a dumb arse this morning. While weed eating at work, slung a rock busted out my driver side window. Called them up they said they would be out between 12 and 5. How good are these folks? Seem pretty reputable. I was going to clean all the glass up and have it ready for them. Then they tell me they are charging me a disposable fee. Should I vacuum up the glass or let them take care of it?Total cost is $230.

They vacuum most of it if I recall correctly. I had to get my windshield and both windows replaced so I just let them handle it.

i'm sure they are fine, but i found someone local that was quite a bit cheaper and he came install a new windshield at my office and all is well

They replaced a window for me after someone busted it out. They cleaned up all the glass and stuff that was inside of the door. I had already taken care of everything inside the car that I could see (for the most part). They did a pretty good job, no complaints here.
