RV life problems: Lights are out, but everything else is working.

Yes, we flooded. We are still living in an RV. It is plugged into the breaker box of the house. The breakers in the house are all on. The breakers in the RV are all on. I have flipped them all on and off; that hasn't helped.Everything else works fine but the lights.
Any ideas?

Lights work off of 12V DC
There should be an AC to DC inverter somewhere. They can also run off a battery. Check connections to battery and inverter

The power center is half 120v and half 12v. The 12v side has automotive fuses. Have you checked those?

This. See above.

look around in the lower cabinets...somewhere in there is a thing that looks like an automotive battery charger. that thing converts 110V to 12V to run the lights. I'd bet that either that converter is bad or there is a separate circuit breaker that powers it.

reminds me of that movie, "Race with the Devil"
with the devil worshippers and them chasing that rv, and at the end, they think they are in the clear, rv torn to hell, no head lights, and then lights turn on and they are surrounded by the killers.

your RV has an AC plug that is currently plugged into an outlet...follow that to see where it goes.

Sometimes there is switch by stairs for 12volt

Yes, I found one of those....mine looks much different. It is located under one of the bench seats that also has storage under the cushion. My daughter had placed a bunch of stuff there earlier. She knocked a wire loose.
All the lights are working. Thanks to the helpful posters!

Look under back bed; raise bed up and you will find large panel box. I would flip all breakers, sounds like your 12 volt batteries are low. Do you have a panel monitor that will indicate if your battery power is still there?
Also, watch out that someone has not touched by accident your 12 volt kill switch which is normally found near your entrance door

glad you got power back up....nothing worse than trying to figure things out in the dark.

Run an extension cord to a battery charger and clip it onto battery outside for tonight.
Look around behind breaker box. Looking for something to the effect of WF8955 or 9855 are common ones. Then youtube how to replace rv converter.
