I saw this on the news this morning. Very sad and terrible that kids are going though such as this. However, when you have a war like the one going on in Syria, where warring factions intermingle with the civilian population, this sort of thing will happen over and over again.

And sadly our own hands are not clean in this regard. We killed women and children by the tens of thousands during WWII. So were we wrong to do so? I don't think so, especially when you consider the bombing raids we carried out were intended to help end the war.

What Russia is doing in Syria is, from their point of view, basically the same thing. They see ISIS and the other rebel factions as terrorists trying to destabilize their ally in the Middle East. Are they going about helping their ally in a brutal fashion? From our modern-day perspective, most people would say yes. But again, this is a matter of perspective.

I know this situation is fricked up, but so is that Bowl Cut
